  • Please remove all personal belongings and valuables prior to your appointment. Ogden Detail Experts LLC is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

  • We reserve the right to take photographs of vehicles before service to document pre-existing damage.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We do not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice may result in limited scheduling availability for future appointments.

8. Refund Policy

Ogden Detail Experts LLC does not provide refunds for any services. All sales are final.

9. Liability

  • If damage occurs as a direct result of our service, Ogden Detail Experts LLC will accept responsibility and work with you to resolve the matter.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from failure to disclose known issues prior to service.

  • We are not responsible for loss of valuables left inside vehicles.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
